What time should I arrive?

If it’s your first time at the class, please arrive 10 minutes early as there’s a short form to fill in, and Susie always likes to have a pre-class chat with students coming to her class for the first time to ensure your comfort and safety.

It’s a good idea to always arrive at least 5 minutes early to class anyway so you can set up your mat and props, and start to chill out, so that you can get the most out of your time on the mat.
